Interior work involved some of the masonry work, as well as concrete work on the back. Work involved new interior fireplace and masonry pizza oven inside. Project duration 4 weeks from start to finish.

General Masonry Construction performing all masonry work involving all brickwork with CMU ( double masonry wall ) as well as installation new cast stone on front facade of the building. Upon finishing to remove the unnecessary access of mortar a power washing was also performed. This new construction 4 story residential building took place in 2015 and it lasted about 3 months.

Work involved stone and brick installation, as well as some stucco work at some of the buildings. From custom design per blueprints specifications to standard typical brick and stone laying. Most of the new construction homes involved masonry fireplace ( masonry box ) included as well as new 4″ concrete cap with 2″ overhangs per building codes specification. At the end of each masonry project chemical cleaning and power washing was also performed. From brick and stone patio to concrete or unlock paving and driveways, General Masonry Construction delivered only masonry trade as performed by our skilled masons. Typical new construction masonry projects lasted about 2 months from start to finish. Today, throughout the neighborhood we are happy to see our masonry residential and commercial projects.

General Masonry Construction was responsible to renovate the exterior elevation of an existing building. Lot’s of masonry repairs, re bricking with new brick matching existing to prevent from further deterioration. The masonry scope of work included; tuck-pointing, grinding and re- pointing service, as well as lintel replacement, new IPCO flashing installation, caulking replacement and chemical cleaning and power washing on the exterior surface elevation of the building. Masonry work took place in 2014 with the duration of 3 weeks.
